Joining as part of our e-commerce team, you’ll play a vital role in the development of our E-commerce platform

We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn coordinator to join our headquarters in Amsterdam. During your daily tasks, you are the person who coordinates new drops, sends out emails, makes sure the website is up-to-date, and is always looking for improvements across the board.

Your responsibilities will include:

Manage website content

  • Adjust to new seasons/drops/actualities
  • Add new products, manage collections
  • Manage content for the website

Merchandise collections online

Send out campaigns using Klaviyo

Design new email templates

Create relevant content together with marketing

Keep our Klaviyo database healthy

  • Assist our Customer Support Representative
  • Provide assistance to deliver graphics to our paid advertising partners
  • Analyse data together with the Lead E-commerce to see where we can improve

Your skills:

  • Able to communicate effectively with team members
  • Tech savvy, able to learn quickly
  • Experience in managing content using a CMS system
  • Experience in using a CRM system. For example, Klaviyo or Mailchimp

This would be even better:

  • Experience with Figma
  • Experience with Shopify
  • Experience with Photoshop
