As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel.
Netherlands: Order before 22:00 PM on working days for same-day shipment (free delivery above €100)
Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Austria, Denmark: 1–3 business days (free delivery above €100)
Rest of Europe: 2–5 business days (free above €100)
Rest of the World: 2–7 business days (free above €200)
Extra shipping cost as a result of a wrong address will be for the customers costs. We are currently not shipping our products to the Algeria, Burkina Faso, Chad, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ghana, Mauritania, Mozambique, Niger, Sudan, Togo, Tunisia, Ethiopia, Libya, Mali, Uganda, Yemen, Ukraine, Iran, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Sierra Leone and North Korea.
Taxes and Duties
For orders shipped to the UK and US, all taxes and duties are collected at checkout, so there will be no additional charges upon delivery. However, for orders outside the EU, UK, and US, taxes, duties, and collection fees imposed by customs may still apply. In such cases, all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by OLAF HUSSEIN WHOLESALE B.V., nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery, and the shipping company may contact you once your items are in customs to inform you of the charges. Please note that this may delay delivery, as goods held at customs are your responsibility until the necessary charges are paid to local authorities for release.
Delivery times
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not account for possible delays caused by payment authorisation or stock availability. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, we will do our best to assist in tracking it. In the event of non-delivery, a replacement order cannot be processed until 21 business days have passed from the original shipment date.
Uncollected Packages
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by the OLAF HUSSEIN WHOLESALE B.V.
