POSITION

As our Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll own the inbound flow of our products from ex-factory to warehouse. You’ll work closely with production partners, 3PLs, and our head office team to keep things moving smoothly,transparently, and efficiently. This role is hands-on and impactful, you’ll spot issues early, fix bottlenecks, and help build the logistics foundations that support our growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own production track & trace from factory to warehouse
• Manage day-to-day inbound operations, inventory movements, and outbound flows
• Coordinate capacity planning with our 3PL partners
• Track, report and improve operational KPIs (inbound, inventory, SLAs)
• Analyze data and turn it into clear, actionable insights
• Identify bottlenecks and solve problems before they escalate
• Help implement new systems, partners, and logistics projects as we scale
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s level (HBO) working and thinking level
• Exciting early job within logistics and supply chain with growth opportunities
• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset
• Solid systems knowledge (Google Sheets, Excel)
• Strong communication skills in English
• A proactive approach to working in a small, dynamic business, collaborating closely with the
  founder and the wider team.
• Netherlands based as this is a job on location (Amsterdam)
